The pruduction sites

In the plants in Correggio and San Martino in Rio (Reggio Emilia), 20.000 m2 of which 11.500 m2 is covered, manufacturing processes are dedicated to traditional gnocchi and specialities, stuffed gnocchi and frozen gnocchi.
In the production plant of Sesto ed Uniti (Cremona), 30.000 m2 – of which 10.000 m2 is covered – manufacturing processes occur on lines dedicated to fresh stuffed pastas, frozen stuffed pastas and dry stuffed pastas.
The 15 different lines in total, operational 24 hours for 6 days a week, enable the production and packaging of a range of over 150 varieties of gnocchi and over 50 varieties of stuffed pasta, making a total of 500 brands, with a total production output of over 150.000 Kg per day.
The manufacturing and conservation of the products are achieved using the most up-to-date technologies in tandem with the methods beloved of the best artisan tradition.
