Quality rules our Company

In order to guarantee the absolute safety of our food products, we have adopted the most advanced Quality Assurance systems and defi ned strict procedures and methods for our production.
Physical, chemical and micro-biological controls are performed on the raw materials upon receipt to ensure that their characteristics meet the set standards of the highest level. Systematic instrumental controls are carried out daily along all phases of the entire production chain, under the control of dedicated staff who make sure that the products meet the defined parameters, from the blending of the pasta up to the fi nal packaging.
Each production lot is rechecked prior to shipment to verify that it complies with the Customers’ specifi cations. All these activities are carried out using certifi ed management systems which meet the most widely known voluntary international standards: ISO 9001, ISO14001, BRC, IFS and Agricultura Biologica (Organic Agriculture) which are revised constantly with regard to their legislative aspect by competent food technicians operating in the field of Quality Assurance.
